On April 24, we held our College ANZAC Day Commemorative Assembly.
ANZAC Day marks the anniversary of the allied military action fought by Australia and New Zealand Army Corps at Gallipoli on 25 April, 1915. ANZAC Day is also an opportunity to remember those who have lost their lives in other military operations and those who continue to serve in many parts of the world.
Thank you to our students and staff who took part in the Roll of Honour, and thank you to our special guests for attending this important event.
Special thanks to Mr Michael Walburn, Ex Australian Regular Army for delivering a moving speech to our college community.
'Lest we forget'.
