How to make a payment
Invoices will be sent home throughout the year for class excursions or incursions. To pay these invoices, WHSC offers several payment methods for your convenience:
BPOINT is the Department of Education's preferred payment method:
Use the link on the footer of your invoice under the BPOINT section to pay online through a secure portal to pay using your Visa or Mastercard.
Payments must be made 48 hours prior to the due date to allow for transfer from bank to bank.
We also offer the following payment methods:
Whites Hill State College is becoming a CASHLESS school.

- Centrepay - please contact finance to set up
- Cash or credit/debit card at the finance office during open hours
The Finance Office opening hours for 2027:
Monday - Friday 8am to 9.30am & 2pm to 3.30pm.
Debtor Statements
Debtor Statements are sent out twice a term to assist parents/carers to track their current invoices.
Please
take a moment to check your statement carefully. Outstanding payments may affect a student's eligibility to attend extracurricular events.Payment plans are welcome and families are encouraged to contact the school to discuss available options.
