Whites Hill State College provides parents with access to a convenient, online parent portal called QParents.
The QParents web and mobile application provides a more convenient, easier way for parents and legal guardians of Queensland state school students to interact with their child's school. Parents will have secure, online access to their child's student information, anytime, anywhere, through a smartphone, tablet or computer.

You are also able to update your child's details including address and medical conditions; and make online payments against school invoices.

Registering for QParents
You will receive an invitation email from us containing your unique invitation code. Simply follow the instructions in that email or letter to complete the QParents account registration process.
If you would prefer another parent to be the QPAO, you can advise us and we will send them an invitation email or letter with their own unique invitation code.
Haven't received a QParent invitation?
If you haven't received an invitation, please send the school a request via email at admin@whiteshillsc.eq.edu.au
Identity verification
When registering as a QPAO, you will need to verify 100 points of identity documents online. The 100 points can be made up of documents in the following list:
Australian Passport - 50pts
| Australian Marriage Certificate - 40pts
|
Australian Drivers Licence - 50pts
| Australian Citizenship Certificate - 40pts
|
Australian Birth Certificate - 50pts
| Change of Name Certificate - 40pts
|
Medicare Card - 20pts
| Australian Visa (foreign passport) - 20pts
|
If you are unable to meet the 100 points, please contact admin on admin@whiteshillsc.eq.edu.au and we can support the approval process.
Don't Have Enough ID?
If you have between 60 and 90 points, or cannot provide the required points online, you can still register. During the online registration process, select the "Not enough ID" option. You will then need to visit adminsitration in person so staff can manually verify your documents.
