Thank you for considering Whites Hill State College for your child's education.
Enquiries for enrolments are accepted throughout the year. Expressions of Interest are accepted up to 12 months in advance.

Enrolment process
As per the Enrolment checklist please include:
- completed enrolment application form
- student's birth certificate
- proof of residency (electricity bill, drivers licence, tenancy agreement etc)
- recent past Report Cards/ NAPLAN
- Current passport & visa (where applicable - Non-Australian residents).
- Medical information - doctor diagnoses, action plans etc
- Any official documentation relating to custody or family issues of which the school needs to be aware.
- Details of any specialist care given, e.g. speech therapy.
2. Enrolment Interview
Our enrolment officer will be in contact to offer an enrolment interview.
Enrolment interviews are a requirement for all enrolling students, and are to be attended by students and a parent or carer.
3. Offer of Enrolment
Following a successful interview, information regarding next steps will be provided.
These steps will differ depending on year level.
For mid year enrolments, students commence school the Monday following the interview. We are a strict uniform school, enrolled students are expected to be in full uniform for their first day of school. Uniforms may be purchased from the Uniform shop.
What is discussed at the enrolment interview?
We value every student who becomes a part of our school community and therefore an enrolment interview is required for new students enrolling. This process ensures that the needs of each family are addressed and that we are able to answer all of your questions.

Please note - all children entering the Prep year must have attained the age of 5 by 30 June in the year they enrol in Prep.
