Enquiries for enrolments are accepted throughout the year. Expressions of Interest are accepted up to 12 months in advance.

​When you are ready to enrol please download the enrolment documents and return by email admin@whiteshillsc.eq.edu.au 

​Please note - all children entering the Prep year must have attained the age of 5 by 30 June in the year they enrol in Prep.

Enrolment process

1. Return the completed enrolment forms via email to admin@whiteshillsc.eq.edu.au . Please include:

  • student's birth certificate, 
  • proof of residency (electricity bill, drivers licence, tenancy agreement etc)
  • recent past Report Cards
  • Current passport & visa (where applicable - Non-Australian residents).
  • Evidence of any medical conditions of which the school needs to be aware.
  • Any official documentation relating to custody or family issues of which the school needs to be aware.
  • Details of any specialist care given, e.g. speech therapy. 

​2. Our enrolment officer will be in cont​act to offer an enrolment interview.
​Enrolments at Whites Hill State College are only accepted following an interview with the student and their parents by a member of the executive team. 

3. Following a successful interview, students generally commence school the following Monday.  We are a strict uniform school, enrolled students are expected to be in full uniform for their first day of school. Uniforms may be purchased from the Uniform shop.

Local Catchment area

Whites Hill State College has a strong commitment to students from the local area.

To be eligible for in-catchment enrolment, parents or legal guardians who seek to enrol their child at the school will need to fully demonstrate that the student's principal place of residence is genuinely within the defined catchment area External link.

Current proof of residency at the address indicated must be provided upon enrolment.

Please check to see if you are within our defined local catchment area.

The school's enrolment capacity for students who live outside the local catchment is dependant upon:

  • the school's enrolment capacity
  • catering for in-catchment enrolments
  • allowing for in-catchment growth during the year
  • ensuring an even spread of students across all Year levels while maintaining class size targets
  • Students who reside outside the catchment area and who officially leave the school will be considered for re-admission in accordance with the enrolment criteria.
  • Out of catchment applications must be accompanied with at least 2 recent report cards

Are you arriving from interstate?

Please ensure you complete the transfer form and parent/student consent forms to ensure an easy transition into Education Queensland. ​

Student Res​ource Scheme

Whites Hill State College offers a Student Resource Scheme (SRS) to all students.

The SRS enables students to access year level appropriate classroom resources, textbooks and online software necessary for learning.
