The Parents and Citizens Association (P&C) ABN 48 951 709 627 is a dedicated community of parents and citizens actively engaged in supporting the college through formal involvement.
The P&C provides:
feedback on college policies and activities
additional resources to be used to enhance student learning
opportunities for parents to be involved in their child’s education.
Research has shown that parent involvement in a child’s education makes a significant contribution to the child’s success at school.
The objectives of the association are to promote the interests of and facilitate the development and further improvement of the college. We achieve this by promoting parent participation, encouraging close cooperation between parents, students and staff and promoting positive community support.
The P&C combines fostering community with fundraising by organising Whites Hill State College community events.
If you have other interests you would like to see happening please email pandc@whiteshillsc.eq.edu.au.
