This week we have been celebrating the amazing cultures that we have in Australia and at WHSC. Harmony Week is an opportunity to celebrate multiculturalism and embrace cultural diversity. To mark Harmony Day students and staff were invited to wear their traditional dress or a splash of orange. Orange is the chosen colour to represent Harmony Day to signify social communication and meaningful conversations. At our Secondary assembly our student leaders spoke about respect, inclusiveness and belonging. There was also an opportunity to participate in a Q&A panel as students discussed their cultural experiences.
